In a competitive digital market, defining and guiding the visitor journey from the outset is a now a key part the of website design and development process.

  3. Establishing the possible journeys and leading/directing people along those paths
  4. Effective communication – the maximum amount of information in the minimum number of words
  5. Establishing an intelligible and intuitive graphic language with appropriate and balanced use of images, text, white space, icons and buttons
  6. Clear calls to action to reach the desired objectives
