MD, Iain Booth approached us to overhaul the website which was out-of-date and had grown organically into a sprawling, but content-rich repository. We began by identifying that the key selling tool was their database of stunning images of the marquees that they had designed and installed over the years.
Our analysis process established the following needs:
- Improve presentation to reflect their high-end market place
- Improve the visitor journey to help customers search and find the services they require
- Set up a corporate area to allow them to approach business customers more specifically
- Set up a Supplier Directory – important for their marketing strategy and business development
- Retain their high search engine ranking
We designed a website that centred around showcasing their very high-end prestigious marquees more effectively. We wanted to create immediate visual impact to guarantee that they would stand out from the competition.
Content was re-written from the ground up, reducing the volume and separating the wheat from the chaff, whilst also bearing in mind the need to retain their solid search engine ranking.
Each page was individually optimised to promote search engine placement resulting in a significant increase in visitor traffic, much lower bounce rates and increased conversion rates.

The result was an elegant and easy-to-navigate website that has managed to organise a large amount of information into an orderly structure, that makes sense to visitors. The website is their main selling tool and the new website is doing a good job in supporting sales.
